| Course Contents | – Learn and practice fundamental skiing skills including balance on outside ski, turning with lower body, round turn shape, pole plant. – Build skills and understanding based on CSIA technical reference. – How to ski steep slope – How to ski with effortless and elegant student skiing video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nnFDnSAWkD0&t=4s At the end of program, skiers will receive individual feedback on their long- term skiing development |
